Welcome to Holistic Kink Coaching, a service provided by Sir Pocketz. By engaging in coaching sessions, workshops, events, or any other services offered, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services Provided

Holistic Kink Coaching offers coaching, education, and experiences centered around Bondage Directed Somatic Medicine, relationship dynamics, personal growth, and embodied exploration. Services may include:

Private coaching sessions (virtual & in-person)

Group workshops and events

Sensory and somatic experiences

Aerial, shibari, and holistic wellness integration

All services are designed for self-awareness, healing, and empowerment. They are not intended as medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

3. Eligibility & Consent

By booking any service, you confirm that:

You are 18 years or older.

You understand and consent to the nature of somatic, kink-aware, and relationship-focused coaching.

You take full responsibility for your personal boundaries, physical condition, and emotional well-being during and after the sessions.

You acknowledge that participation in any physical or emotional practice carries inherent risks, and you engage at your own discretion.

4. Confidentiality & Privacy

Your privacy is important. All personal information, conversations, and session details will remain strictly confidential unless:

You provide written consent to share information.

There is a legal obligation to disclose (e.g., threats of harm to yourself or others).

Confidentiality is broken by your own actions in public settings (e.g., group discussions, workshops).

5. Payments & Cancellations

Payment Policy: All sessions and events must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refunds: Payments are non-refundable once a session has started. Partial refunds or rescheduling options may be offered at the coach’s discretion if cancellations occur at least 48 hours before the session.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows: If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your session may be canceled without a refund.

6. Code of Conduct

Holistic Kink Coaching is a judgment-free, inclusive, and respectful space. By engaging in services, you agree to:

Communicate openly and honestly about boundaries, intentions, and needs.

Refrain from any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violations of consent.

Respect that coaching is not a replacement for medical or psychiatric care.

Violation of these guidelines may result in termination of services without a refund.

7. Liability Disclaimer

By participating in coaching, workshops, or events, you agree to:

Take full responsibility for your emotional, mental, and physical well-being.

Release Sir Pocketz and Holistic Kink Coaching from any claims of injury, distress, or dissatisfaction arising from the experience.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
