Holistic Kink Coaching LLC ("HKC," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it, and your choices. It covers holistickinkcoaching.com and the member portal.

What we collect.

• Account & contact: your name, email, date of birth (to confirm you're 18 or older), phone, pronouns (optional), city/state/country, preferred contact method, and an emergency contact (name and phone) for in-person session safety.
• Health intake: before sessions, we collect health information you choose to share — relevant conditions, medications, allergies, areas to avoid, emotional state, and boundaries — so your sessions can be held safely. You provide this once and can update it anytime.
• Bookings & acknowledgments: your session selections and your consent acknowledgments (such as photo/video consent), along with a record that you accepted our waiver.
• Payments: processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We receive confirmation and limited transaction details. We do not store your card number.
• Technical: basic device and usage data needed to run a secure site.

Why we collect it. To provide and schedule services safely, communicate with you, process payments, meet our legal and safety obligations, and improve the practice. We do not sell your personal information.

How we protect it. Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted by strict, role-based controls. The most sensitive records — health information, identity, and payment history — are access-controlled, and your consent records are kept in tamper-evident form.

Who we share it with. Only the service providers that help us operate — hosting and database, email delivery, payment processing, and calendar scheduling — and only as needed to run the service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect someone's safety.

Retention. We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet our legal, safety, and recordkeeping obligations.

Your choices. You may access, correct, or request deletion of your information, and update your contact preferences, by emailing us at mail@holistickinkcoaching.com.

Children. HKC is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
